This contract consisted of forty five luxury apartments situated in the marina at Dartmouth, South Devon. The project ran from Summer 2004 to Summer 2006 and was a milestone for smart systems in the South West.
These properties were cabled for a complete system but had only a section of the capabilities possible; this meant the developer could produce smart home technology whilst offsetting some costs to the end user who would purchase the optional extras directly with us.
This development exceeded the home automation standard by offering Lutron controlled lighting systems, multi-room audio schemes, plasma and surround sound technology.This contract had at times eighteen of our skilled team to make sure the project handed over on time, and with the highest standard finish.
