This development ran from Spring 2004 to the Spring of 2006 and is situated in a breathtaking beach landscape and is now a smart enabled hotel/restaurant; this project transformed an aged hotel and produced eight luxurious apartments with sea view no more than 20m away
It also boasts twelve, five star hotel suites each with their own lighting mood scenes, large plasma’s and bathroom televisions. These units are situated on top of one of Salcombe’s finest restaurants which have a 60” plasma, audio system and mood scenes to create that eating experience.
